Sometimes I define happiness simply by just having 30 minutes or an hour cooking and enjoying my meal without worrying about what is going on. After burning out this week, it is crucial for me to always remind myself that real happiness, which leads to real rest, comes from tiny things around my life, it is basically just let myself deep into the current moment. At this moment, for me, it's about enjoying the movement of my body around the stove, the rhythm of my breathing, or just the smell of food from the pans. I made the meal in around 30 minutes, then watched the sermons of Pastor Prince while eating my food, and to be honest, the sermons were awesome, and the food was so good. I always love watching Pastor Prince's sermons while enjoying my Sunday. This real happiness lesson has taught me that, "real happiness' ' can come from very small things in your life. Once you discover it, learn it, and apply it to your life, you will be living in the happiest world that you always dream of.
